Welcome to Sprite Sheet Maker ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website at spritegen.ai and our AI-powered sprite sheet generation service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Sprite Sheet Maker provides AI-powered pixel-art sprite sheet generation. You submit a character description, pick a perspective and visual style, and our system uses artificial intelligence models to generate a game-ready horizontal PNG sprite sheet. The Service includes both free and paid tiers with credit-based usage.
You retain ownership of the character descriptions and inputs you provide. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating sprite sheets.
Sprite sheets generated through the Service are provided for your use. You may use generated sprite sheets for personal and commercial purposes, including in game development, prototypes, marketing materials, and printed media. However, we do not guarantee that generated sprite sheets are unique or free from similarity to existing designs. It is your responsibility to verify that your use does not infringe on third-party rights.
The Service's interface, code, design, text, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that:
You also agree not to reverse engineer the Service, use bots to circumvent usage limits, or resell access in ways your plan does not permit.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund.
Content generated by AI may be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Generated sprite sheets may resemble existing artwork by coincidence. You use AI-generated content at your own risk and discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprite Sheet Maker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then and are automatically downgraded to the free tier afterward. Previously purchased credit packs are not affected. Cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund — see Section 4 or contact [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if that fails, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
